A round brioche bread from our organic baker’s next door, cut in half and hollowed out. Inside goes a chicken stew, with mushrooms, carrots & peas.

Two nice slices of country bread, spread with cream cheese, Smoked Salmon and mashed avocado, with a dash of lemon and olive oil.
